Top Moroccan Botola Clubs FAR RABAT & Raja Casablanca in transfer fight for Liberian Wonderboy W

Both Botola Clubs are said to be interested in William Jebor who is looking to revive his career after not kicking the ball for a period of 1year -6 months 22 days since his departure from United Arab Emirates club Fujairah SC.

AS FAR & Raja Casablanca have both made approaches for the 29-year-old Liberian International. According to reports in Morocco AS FAR, the Royal Army Club is keen on signing a new striker to boost their attacking options for next season as they’ve already secure a spot in the CAF Confederation Cup.

The Club Belgium Coach Sven Vandenbroeck is keen admirer of Jebor and sees the Lone Star Hitman as Potential suit in The Leader (الزعيم) attack, however sports in Morocco are saying that FAR Rabat are prepared to lock horns with rival Raja de Casablanca, for the signature of the Liberian talisman.

Source said Raja Casablanca whom has already qualified for the CAF Cup are looking for a replacement for their top Congolese Forward Ben Malango, who has left to join Al Sharjah FC in the United Arab Emirates.

Multiple source in Morocco said William Jebor who has won a lawsuit against his former club wydad Casablanca for illegally terminating his contract at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Agent is already in Morocco to negotiate lucrative contract with one of the two Botola giant clubs.

Raja Casablanca are second on the Botola Liga table with 59points from 30 rounds of matches, while FAR Rabat are in third on 51points .

A reminder William Jebor is freed to play in the Moroccan topflight after winning his case against wydad Casablanca, The Reds are to pay the Liberian International $ 700,000 or risk FIFA sanctions for recruiting player.

The Bidaoui club is one of the fewer clubs most disputes with CAS and FIFA. And most recently The Arches avoided a fine from the bodies after paying more than $ 1 million to their former coach, Houcine Ammouta, and former player, Jamal Aït Ben Iddir, who won their case against WAC at the level international jurisdictional bodies.

Meanwhile, if all goes well as speculated William Jebor could make a shock return to the Moroccan Botola Championship, where he has stirred for two seasons, the Striker punches in 19goals in approximately 30 appearance in the 2016-2017 season, before leaving to join Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, where the former Rio Ave forward spend a short term scoring 3goals in 8matches and than a return to Wydad where made 15 appearance scoring three goals as his contract was illegally terminated.
