The Police in Greater Manchester are investigating Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood over an alleged brutal assault on his girlfriend.

A video with some photos of a lady brutally beaten have gone viral on social media with a post stating: ” To everyone who wants to know what Mason Greenwood actually does to me”.

Meanwhile, United has been made aware of the Greenwood allegations and Police in Greater Manchester have been notified this morning.

“We are aware of images and allegations circulating on social media. We will not make any further comment until the facts have been established. Manchester United does not condone violence of any kind”, a statement from the club.

Greenwood has been suspended and pending a police investigation.
