EXPRESSES SHOCK OF BRANDING HIM NOTORIOUS WAR CRIMINAL WITHOUT DUE PROCESS

Former rebel leader now senator Prince Y. Johnson has responded to United States Embassy near Monrovia statement expressing shock and surprise over the embassy branding him as a notorious war criminal when he has not been given due process.

According to the senator, whenever someone comits a crime he or she is presume innocent until the allegation can be proven in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Speaking in an interview with the Voice of America, senator Johnson pointed out that he believes in the judiciary of the United State of America that doesn’t characterize anyone unless he is given due process in a court.

According to him for the United States to turn him as a notorious war criminal is a shock because he served as chairman of the Committee of National Defense for twelve (22) years and interacted and work with official of the United States Army at the time.

Senator Johnson claimed that the United States has violated it’s own law because he has not been tried in any court of competent jurisdiction.
