Ministry of Justice Release Autopsy Report on the late Alieu Sheriff.

The ministry of justice has relaese the autopsy reports on the late Alieu Sheriff who was alledgely beaten to death by an officer of the Liberia National Police(LNP)on July 29, 2021, at the national transit authority (NTA)bus packing along the Japanese freeway.
It can be recalled on July 29, 2021 information recieved from zone four based revealed that at 1512hrs, patrol officers from zone four were called to respond at the NTA bus parking yard along the japan freeway to bring a situation under control.
According to the reports, when the officers responded to the NTA parking, they saw the lifeless body of Alieu Sheriff lying on the ground unconcious.
Predicated upon the the condition of the victim, he was rushed at the John F. Kennedy Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival by medical dictor.
According to the proxy of Cllr. Frank Musa Dean the justice ministry instantly ordered the liberia national police to arrest and conduct preliminary investigation of the alleged suspects.
He explained that the suspects was kept in detention inkeeping with the statutory period at the liberia national police headquaters.
However, consistent with article 21(F) of the liberian constitution of 1986, the alleged suspects were released in keeping with the constitution and human rights best standards to individuals having moral influence over them and to appear when requested.
Meanwhile the autopsy report has established that the cause of the death is unnatural due to blunt froce injury to the back of the victim head, coupled with a preliminary investigative report, the ministry have hereby order the inspector general of police to immediately re-arrest officers Samuel N. Borbor, Harris Monger and Alexander Seakour and process the alleged suspects and forward them to court for prosecution.
