The crisis as to the allege changes being made in the Liberty Party’s constitution seem to be far from over as Liberty Party Chairman Musa Hansa Bility has requested Senator Darius Dillion to return the car and US$20K he (Bility) gave to Dillion during his campaign in 2019.
“When Dillon reached out to me in 2019 after the death of Senator Geraldine Doe-Sheriff, I personally asked him how much he had for Campaign. Dillion then told me only US$100 he had. Being touched I immediately raised US$20,000 and gave to him plus a jeep” Bility claimed. “Since my money was good money in 2019 but now it is a BM money then let Dillon return my car and money. As Senator, his monthly earning is around US$12,000 so let him be man enough and return my money and car” Bility continued.
The LP Chairman remark on Spoon Talk on Tuesday night came in direct response to Senator Darius Dillion who had earlier appeared on a talkshow and said that Chairman Bility is a crook and BM (Black Money). “Musa Bility is a crook and BM and in fact every dime he has is a BM money. He’s very corrupt and polluted the LFA during his reign and was once sanctioned by FIFA. He’s a planted agent in our party and a CDC operative who qants to indirectly sell our party to CDC ” Dillion voraciously attacked Bility.
The Liberty Party Chairman also accused Dillion of being an arrogant and double-face person who is very fake and pretentious. He revealed that couple of months ago, Senator Dillon asked that Senator Zargo be suspended from the Liberty Party for Unilaterally endorsing VP Boakai on a program in Lofa. “I remember the same Dillon man secretly asked that we suspend Senator Zargo for singlehandedly endorsing former VP Boakai in Lofa and that wasn’t the party decision but the party Executive Committee did not agree to his plan” Bility revealed.
The Liberty Party Chairman also stressed that if Liberty Party was to decide who to support to head the CPP ticket, Senator Dillon will not be on the table to give direction because he (Dillon) has already been compromised.
Little over a month now chairman Bility on one hand and the political leader of the Liberty Party (LP) including Sen. Dillon on the other hand have been in an extreme disagreement over the authenticity of the party’s amended constitution submitted to the National Elections Commission, hence, the political leader, Senator Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence, requested the copy of the constitution from the Elections Commission.
In the political Leader recent communication addressed to the chairperson of the National Elections Commission, Madam Davidetta Brown-Lansannah, Sen. Karnga-Lawrence stated that several laid out and accepted processes were not followed before the submission of the amended constitution.
