Political Commentator and Former Radio Talk Show Host Henry Costa has denied Representative Yekeh Kolubah’s accusation that he (Costa) was bribed by top government officials to call off the CoP’s planned protest early last year.

Representative Kolubah at a press conference on Friday alleged that Costa was induced with a fascinating two hundred thousand united Dollars (200, 000 USD) by top CDC government officials to call off at the eleventh hour, the highly publicized CoP’s January 6, 2021 nationwide protest against the government.

But Costa speaking on the Voice of America’s DayBreak Africa program early Monday morning described the allegation as ridiculous and said its proponent Representative Kolubah, as an ex-combatant is traumatized from the effects of the civil war and needs expert attention.

Costa also refuted the Montserrado County District # 10 Lawmaker’s claim that he is being paid by top government officials to destabilize the CPP in order to give President Weah an overwhelming victory come 2023.

He told the international media Representative Kolubah was speaking out of frustration that he (Costa) was promoting his candidate within the CPP, former Vice President Joseph Boakai, while exposing the weaknesses of Mr. Kolubah’s Political Leader Alexander Cummings.
