42yrs-Old Man Jail For Alleged Sexual Assault On His Daughter

The Monrovia City Court of Liberia has jailed a forty two (42), years old man identified as Boima Jackson alias Sao Dasson with Sexual Assault on his daughter.

According to the charged sheet, on Monday August 2, 2021, at 1040hrs, Complainant M.D.D. female, age seventeen (17) years old, reported to the Women and Children Protection Section Head Quarters of the Liberia National Police and alleged that around 1500hrs when she came from school, while in route her Mother Patience Manneh to help sell, her biological Father defendant Jackson called her in his room at their resident and sexually assaulted her by instructing her to play with his penis until he discharge which she said she did out of fear.

She said while in the process a sperm like substance wasted on her pink long dress she had on that day.

She further stated that also the beginning of March 31, 2021, her father defendant Jackson sexually assaulted her again by playing with her Brest, her body, kissing her and even told her to play with his penis which she did and told her not to tell anybody but instead she told her mother Patience that same very day.

She narrated that her cousin Janissa Cole also complained about her father defendant Jackson instructing his own niece to play with his penis until he discharge but she(M.D.D) never believed her (Janissa Cole) until the defendant did the same to her.

As for defendant Jackson, he was acquainted with his Constitutional rights and he choose to make the following statement that victim M.D.D. is his biological daughter and she lived with he and her mother Patience Manneh.

According to the Police Charged sheet, defendant Jackson confessed of Sexually Assaulting his daughter on March 31,2021 and August 2, 2021, in his bedroom by instructing her to play with his penis until he discharge in which time some of his sperm wasted on her dress she had on that day.

Defendant Jackson also confessed of instructing his niece (Janissa Cole) to also play with him and therefore he pleaded for forgiveness.

Defendant Jackson is a resident of Clay Street.

The Police revealed that based upon the complaint, an investigation was conducted and during the investigation the following facts were established.

In view of the foregoing, couple with the facts and circumstances established during this investigation, the investigators have resolved to charge defendant Jackson alias Sao Dassen with the commissioned of the crime Sexual Assault in violation of section 14.77(a) (f) of the new penal law of Liberia.

Defendant Jackson is currently at the Monrovia Central Prison pending Court trial.
