21 Year Old Man Sent To Jail For Allegedly Killing His Friend

Monrovia City Court Judge, Jomah Jallah sends to jail a 21-year-old man identified as Alieu Kamara for allegedly murdering his friend Titus Nyensuah a in fist fight.
During the investigation, the Team said it was revealed through witness’ testimonies that on the night of July 20, between the hours of 11:45pm and 12:00am, defendant Kamara and Nyensuah were on the main road in St. Paul Bridge Community where a lady only identified as “Bright-Bright” sells spaghetti and bread.
The police investigation further revealed that the lady offered them the remaining spaghetti which they started to eat with one spoon sharing it around.
Accordingly, while sharing the one spoon around, when it was Nyensuah’s time to eat, the defendant [Kamara] held onto the spoon and refused to allow the deceased to eat which sparked a hectic argument between both of them that degenerated into a tussle and a fight.
During the tussle, Nyensuah hit defendant Kamara in his chest and he Kamara fell when he woke up, he took a black handle long kitchen knife from his side and stabbed the deceased on the left side of his stomach which resulted into death.
During an interview with defendant Kamara, regarding the allegation that was being levied against him, he admitted stabbing Nyensuah (deceased), but said it was the deceased who first struck him on his head with a black handle knife that subsequently got broken as a result of the hit by the deceased.
